REIMAGINING THE SNACKS THAT SHAPED US
the snack I needed growing up
every week, my mom would drive me to chinese school and she'd always bring coated biscuit sticks for the ride. at recess, trading snacks with friends was the highlight of my day. those little moments stuck with me a lot than i expected.
and ever since graduating college, i spent 10 years lifting in the gym and started reading labels on everything, including all the snacks i grew up loving. refined sugar, artificial flavoring, ingredients i couldn't pronounce. i couldn't justify eating it for my health.
so i went into my kitchen and started from scratch to make our beloved biscuit sticks better-for-you. three years later, its here.pon pon is the snack i wish existed when i was a kid. ✩

after years of bodybuilding and coaching, i noticed something: my clients didn't want another rigid meal plan. they wanted results and a life. they wanted to snack without feeling guilty about it. that tension stuck with me.

it hit me mid-grocery run: the biscuit sticks from my childhood were everywhere growing up, but nowhere on the "better for you" shelf. real matcha. real strawberry milk. nobody had made them better. so i decided i would.
200+ kitchen iterations. flour on every surface. the functional cream base (protein, fiber, monk fruit) made every standard recipe fail in a new and creative way. but when it finally came together? the snap was right. the cream was smooth. the flavor was real. every failed batch was worth it.

we put pon pon in real hands: athletes, parents, teenagers, very skeptical friends. what came back wasn't just feedback. people were going back for seconds. texting their friends. hiding boxes from their roommates. we weren't building a snack for people anymore. we were building it with them.
scaling up without losing what made it special, that was the real test. every sensory detail had to survive: the lightness of the crunch, the silkiness of the cream, that signature snap. no shortcuts. just standards.

its finally here! matcha latte and strawberry milk are just the beginning.

what we care about
HERITAGE, NOT A TREND
the asian snack aisle isn't our "inspiration." it's where we grew up. pon pon exists because these snacks deserve better ingredients, not because matcha is trendy now.
real ingredients
we grew up on snacks we loved and never once thought about what was in them. then we started reading labels and it kinda broke our hearts. so we rebuilt the whole thing from scratch. real ingredients, real flavors. if it's on our label, it's exactly what you think it is.
COMMUNITY FIRST, ALWAYS
pon pon wasn't built in a boardroom. it was shaped by real people who told us what worked, what didn't, and what they actually wanted. if you've ever given us feedback, you helped build this.
share the good stuff
we didn't build a protein bar. we built a snack you'd actually bring to a hangout. the kind you'd toss to a friend and say 'trust me.' you shouldn't have to choose between something that tastes good and something you feel good about. so you just share it!
first come, first snack.
