Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pon Pon Snacks. Because our products are perishable food items, our refund policy is tailored to ensure food safety while still taking care of our customers.

Return Window

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Condition Requirements

Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products returned due to a change of mind after shipment
  • Products that have been improperly stored after delivery

We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to assess the issue before processing your claim.

Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
  • Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

Preorder Cancellations: If we cancel a preorder for any reason, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You may also request to cancel a preorder within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

We will review your claim promptly and respond within 1 to 2 business days.
