Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Preorders: Preorder items have a separate estimated ship date (currently mid-June 2026). You will be notified by email when your preorder ships.

Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Rates vary by location and selected shipping speed.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $49. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2 to 3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10 to 21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. Please be aware of the following:

  • You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Some countries have import restrictions on food products. It is your responsibility to verify that our products can be imported into your country.
  • If a package is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties, we may not be able to refund shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
